Dom
I've heard great things about the "Nour" Syrian all-brass hookah. i've smoked with syrians before and loved them. I'd love to get one, but i haven't been able to find a whole lot of info on them. if anyone has any pictures, info, experiences, or if you know where to buy one, post here. this pic i found floating around the internet:[attachment=1682:nour.jpg]

fifthmanstanding
all I know is that those bowls look exactly like cast aluminum, down to color and texture. If it's cast AL, I'd avoid the hell out of it as it's likely cheap.

I haven't found much about them either.I may be willing to part with my Ager Stem, I haven't quite decided yet. I've done my research on them though, and there's no official vendors here in the US for them. I know you can pick them up in the middle east, I just haven't been able to narrow down the exact location. My local hookah bar had them at one point from a wholesale vendor in Cali but was never able to get any more and was never able to get the vendor to find more out about them. Until a vendor picks up the line I would just forget about them for the time being as they'll be next to impossible to get.
Scoop
im pretty sure they aren't nour syrians. ive seen the nour syrians (old ones) and they weren't styled anything like these. these are brass
Dom
okay, so, i now have the link to the site that sells this particular hookah, but since they are banned from the forum, i can't even put a link to thier page. sooo..... whatever. i guess i'll just describe it for those who do'nt already know.if you click on the category "hookahs," there is a category called "Syrian 'Nour' Hookahs REAL BRASS." The hookah in the picture i provided at the beginning of this thread is in that category.the "Nour" is in quotes, which leads me to believe that it may not be a real Nour, but just modeled after the Nour. who knows. i guess i'll have to call and talk to them. Dom
more pics of the Nour hookah. can anyone identify whether or not these are the brand "Nour?"If you look closely, it says "Nour" in old english letters on the handle of the hoses that come with it from the distributors. May just be using the Nour name just because they are all brass syrian, but if anyone knows differently, please post here. hope these detailed photos help to better identify these hookahs[attachment=1691:nour014.jpg][attachment=1692:nour018.jpg][attachment=1693:nour025.JPG][attachment=1694:nour026.JPG][attachment=1695:nour035.jpg] these are either real Nours or are as close as i may find. i'm looking forward to owning one in the future.
