You think Neal will learn that actions speaks louder than words. If he wants his customers back, he needs to get his act together first. Get your business organized and streamlined and then your rep will take care of itself. Oh...and clean up your language and improve your personal skills when dealing with customers.

That was seriously funny!

At this point I think Neal will just never get it. He is lost my business, and I was hoping beyond hope, he might get it and turn himself around, but i don't think it's going to happen....EVER!

idk i had an issue with neal where i tryed to buy a km vase, and he said it was sent out but it never got sent out but fortunatly it was also never charged to my credit card, i just wrote him a calm email asking him to get the order through because i really needed the vase and since nothing happend for 2 weeks he's sending the vase to me now for free.

hahah, he said it was free and thanked me for being civilized and patient, i know he's been going through alot and i know it's not an excuse when you run a bussiness but it seems he is trying to redeem himself because he knows he made a bunch of mistakes. Every one hit's rock bottom, it happens, but i think alot of people who were having issues with him didn't handel the situation correctly in which to a degree i get because when you feel your getting scamed out of money obviously your first reaction is going to be rage. Hopefully he will get his act together because i must say he was one of the best vendors out there, although i'm sure theres alot of drama i don't know about but he's always been good to me.

I treated him great until he became an ass to me and decided "hey you know, this guy is one of my last customers. Hey Holly, lets fuck up his order. Don't worry it'll be fun." I can post my original emails to him before i sent this one. They pretty much ran along the lines of "Look dude, i know your going through some shit right now with like raids and shit, so ive heard but i would really appreciate if you could possibly send me the tangiers lucid as soon as possible. Thanks man and good luck" that was pretty much the sum up of all the emails but if you guys want verification i can post the emails. Basically, he doesnt respect me, who hasnt given him shit once and now hes like hey F*** YOU!!!! and im like BEH?
