Dom
it's funny; i've only been hearing these complaints of the Nammor for the past couple months. every time before that, it was "get a Nammor, or else you suck.... KM's are cool, too." that seemed to be the whole attitude of the fourm - everyone loved the Nammor and no one hated it. now, there seems to be a lot of problems all of a sudden. wonder why that is. maybe it seems that way because i didn't pay attn to the forum much iono. lolcome to think of it, i think the Nammor that my wife and i have fell apart and she fixed it with no problem. i don't remember what the problem was exactly. i was out to sea. but that is probably because the way i would wash the hose is i'd rinse it with water and then take it out back and swing it around in the air to ring all the water out. i've quit doing that. i heard that using a vacuum to suck all the moisture out works well. 1Love
a hose is nothing special. as you know very simple how it works. you put it in your mouth and suck on it. ive owned four nammor hoses. two broke from the stem area by just falling on the floor, that sucked. then ordered the two i have now, one came with a chipped stem (just replaced it with my old stem from other hose), and the other leaking just slightly. they aight hoses, like to try some km though.my cousin put together a hose for $4 from home depot, pulls just as good as a nammor if not better. yeah its plain looking, throw some feathers or mink if it bothers you that much Edited June 25, 2008 by 1Love

Voski
I have own two nammors and one razan. My first nammor got a leak where the hose connects to the handle which developed into a bigger one. Eventually the hose started forming holes in it and the grommet for the mouthpiece fell off. H-S replaced it for $11 and the replacement had the grommet loose from the begining, I didn't even smoke it. I talked to H-S with live chat and they said they would send me a new one after I showed them a picture. One day later (today) they emailed me asking for the picture again. I sent it and now they are telling me the grommet is supposed to come out and that the hose isn't broken/defective. Mind telling me why there is glue residue on the grommet and inside of the hose then? I sent them an email back saying the hose is broken and that I am not a moron. My razan I like more and it seems to pull better. It also had a leak where my first nammor did. Scoop patched it up for me but it still leaks. I am going to try to glue it again tommorow and see what happens. I would reccomend ordering from Mahir because the Razan pulls better and Mahir will not bullshit you like hookah-shisha. indian_villager
I've got a razan that leaks a little but nothing some hot glue can't fix. Also those of you with leaks have you been running hot water through your hoses? Ralleac
My razan's handle fell apart when I washed the hose out. I probably would've just glued it back together, but the fabric was unravelling so I just used some of the parts to make a tubing hose. The concept is nice, but I wish they were sturdier. Washable hoses shouldn't be held together with substances that dissolve in warm water. Edited June 25, 2008 by Ralleac
racemyghost
Ive had my nammor since Nov. 07 and dont really have any problems with it. Its been used over a 100times (seriously) and the only problem ive had with it is where the tip plugs into the handle, the rubber grommet broke loose from the glue. No biggie, hot glue FTW. But since ive had my KM hose (about 2months or so), havent really touched the nammor.

For instance a lot of people report problems with Hookah-Shisha Nammors, but not other nammors as much.you can ONLY buy nammors from H-S, but you can buy razans from MNHookah.com or NazarHookah.comYou can also get nammors on social smoke now as well
SuburbanSmoker
I just got two of the newer nammors (have an older one that i love). Shorter handles and shorter mouth tips. They seem to be the same in terms of durability and im sure they will last for a while. The hoses get messed up when the hose is folded where the handle is. It puts pressure on the rubber that is honding the handle onto the hose which causes the little tears which become big tears that ruin the hose all together. This is of course if you dont get the plastic nammor with light up handle. That thing seems indestructible.I like both the razan and nammor the same. I have no preference to which i smoke with because they both perform equally well and i get the same experience regardless. Just my experience.
