mattarios2 Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) The base that comes with the heart of a lion is just too small, and doesn't hold alot of water, so with the razan hose it is very easy to tip over. No matter what people say about MYA, that star vase I have is incredibly thick, holds tons of water, and is gorgeous. Is it ok to use the heart of a lion stem and the mya vase or is that just wrong?! I like the mix of sort of a current base w/ the traditional stem.Just had a hookah, and damn damn damn, go KM, incredibly easy to pull, I don't get that sore lung feeling anymore from trying to suck so hard , heh that sounds bad. Its not even a mya base, it comes with mya's but they don't produce them, so I dont see why not or why it's too bad of an idea. I mean I think it looks cool, if you don't thats alright. But if you pass the razan over to someone, I was experiencing the pass moving with the hose. The base barely holds any water, and the bottom of the vase has a platform so it isn't as wide of a vase as you think, the wide design sits off of the ground, with a platform below that. I def like itThanks man, and the vase is about 1-2 inches taller than the other and w/ the phunnel it adds a few inches so it's more like a 25-26 inch hookah which is perfect for me.
