I was looking at either the jr amoura or the ice hookah. Prob the ice hookah, I can't believe the ice is only 74.99... I know some people talked about them briefly on the forum, but anyone try one yet? Edited June 27, 2008 by mattarios2

I think I am gonna go with the amoura jr in red. When they say red do they mean the color of the pear or the color of the glass?

I think it might be both. the one they have pictures is the mixed color one and if you look the base is mixed as well as the pear.

gotcha, also on the ice chambers w/ the KM's is it welded on? When the ice melts does it just drip down the stem? or does it sit in its own pool of water?

not sure never smoke out of one with an ice chamber. I think they have a plug that drains the water.

not sure never smoke out of one with an ice chamber. I think they have a plug that drains the water.

I think I'm gonna go with the amoura, it is one less thing to break, and in my experience the ice chambers dont do THAT much.

It is welded on and the KM Ice Chamber does make a difference and after it melts the water stays in the chamber.

Im smoking it right now actually and its very cool.

The reason the Aqua Zakiy is 180 is because it is a bohemian vase to purchase that in egypt is 800 EGP which is roughly $149. But they sell the bases here for 60 so say it is wholesale 50. the stem hose and everything prolly runs them close to $30-50 depends on which one and then shipping is the killer.

So the price is somewhat justifiable.

This is cheaper because it has a KM base which isnt that expensive.
