Al Fakher Pipe Flavor

Recommended Posts

A local store is carrying AF's Peach, Pipe, and Gum flavors. I'm definitely picking up Peach, but was wondering how the Pipe flavor was. Anybody have any experience with it?

Thanks but I was referring to the AF Pipe Tobacco flavor, not an AF Pipe smile.gif

ahhh my mistake I believe I had it a long time ago it tastes similar to pipe tobacco but if you want that real pipe tobacco flavor I would consider smoking real pipe tobacco out of a regular pipe

unfortunately pipe tobacco smells very nice, but tastes like total ASS.
i thought it would be nice to be a pipe smoker.
i was wrong!

Y'know it very well may have been the tobacco you chose. I hated my pipe untill i found a few tobaccos i actually enjoy, chocolate cavendish being one of them. Also I hope you weren't inhaling? Still like the ol hookah much better though.

Just got back from some local shops. Picked up a 250g of Nakhla Fakhfakhina Fruits (strong fruity/sweet smell), AF Peach (smells like a juicy peach... makes my mouth water), and AF Pipe. The AF Pipe smells like cocoa and lite coffee. It actually smells quite nice! I am going to smoke it by itself first, then will mix with other flavors like Vanilla, Caramel, Mint, Cherry, or Strawberry... I can't wait to go home...... 1.5 hours more to go!

Has anyone tried mixing pipe tobacco with glycerin and putting it in a hookah? It would probably be disastrous... but I'd give it a shot.

I haven't done that before, but Nakhla Zaghloul mixed with Honey makes for a real nice smoke... you can even use Foil with it!

I hate Zaghloul

I will try it with honey later on today if I have time. We'll see how it goes.

The Zaghoul flavor doesn't change much with honey, but it smokes way better and is less harsh. I mixed it with some Al Waha Vanilla and Nakhla Caramel the other day. The stuff was damn good!!!!!!!!!

People in Saudi smoke a lot of Zaghloul. I remember when I was a kid that flavor was the most popular.

I've been wanting to do it, but with honey instead of glycerin.

Zaghoul mixed with Vanilla and Caramel? I tried mixing Zaghoul with mint one time and it was horrible, and it still felt like I was kicked in the chest by a mule.

MrMoodz, where did you pick this stuff up at?

AF Peach and Pipe. Cafe Istanbul in Tempe. They also have the new Bubble Gum flavor. They cleared out most of their grocery store and made it more hookah focused. There were probably over a dozen KMs there and you can buy KM stems there too. AF is 250g there. The Zaghloul I bought at Baiz Market. Near 20th st and Roosevelt. Haji Baba in Tempe also carries a good selection of Nakhla... Like Nakhla Mandarin!!

Yup... Zaghoul mixed with honey and either vanilla, caramel, or both! Throwing the Zaghoul taste reminds me of Kamal shisha... When Zaghoul is mixed with honey it's way easier to smoke... I bet it would be nice with some AF Honey.

It certainly smells like it.
The smoke density is fine, and it kinda tastes like... If you get a tootsie roll really soft and mushy, and then lick it? Kinda like that. Its not exactly bad, but its not a very zesty taste, either. It's certainly not mild like real cavendish is, either.

They sold out of their tri-metals and ma'shals. They have some super huge KMs that I haven't ever seen before. They probably have a dozen or so complete KM hookahs. There was something that looked like a Hafa but taller too. Definitely a cool store. I saw one hookah that was very very very solid!! Not sure what the make was, but it was heavy. It came with a Large MZ Hookah base and he was selling it for 70 or 75. The owner is cool. He seems really pushy but he can be negotiated with. I'd imagine if you had straight cash you could get an even better deal. I also noticed they had a ton of Syrian hookahs as well. Definitely a cool store!!!!! AF Kilo tubs for $30 which is a pretty damn good deal. They carry Coco nara coals too but he charges a bit for them.
