Hey guys,

I have about 30 different flavours that I'm using for a shisha event this weekend. I want to pre-prepare as much as possible so I can serve good shisha quickly.

I was wondering if there's anything wrong with separating the leaves of brands like Al Fakher and Starbuzz in advance and placing them in an airtight container?

This would save getting messy fingers each time an order comes in and would speed things up. I could simply pick the right quantity and place it into the bowl.

Sounds like an efficient way to manage your shisha at the event you mentioned.

go for it, cant think of any reason not too.

you can even wrap an empty bowl with foil and poke the holes. then take off the foil and place the shisha in the foil. do this with all the flavors and put them in an airtight container. now the shisha and the foil are ready to go (maybe keep some foil empty if you plan on mixing flavors). That should really speed things up.

Easier way to say this is, have pre-measured shisha, and precut and poked foil, ready to go.

Thanks guys, I just wanted to check there wasn't a reason not to do it. Seems there isn't so I'm gonna do it.

even better way is to pack the bowls, foil them but don't pioke the hokes, and set them upside down on a shelf for use later. I've seen and heard of hookah bars that do that to make setting up heads easier. As logn as you use or return the unused stuff back to the container after the party sitting out a few hours shouldn't effect the bowls at all.

Yeah either way should be a good way to go and saves a lot of time during the event.

yeah deffinately do that. as long as there airtight you will be fine. also remember no matter what you do or how u serve hookah your gonna get a little messy. Its a messy thing lol! good luck.
