Holla At Hookah-shisha

I ordered the box of coco's and 3 packages of tangiers for 44.95. I ordered blue gum ball, k-peach (one of my all time favs), and tropical revenge. Website said everything was in stock, I placed the order on friday night I believe. So Monday rolls around and im told the order ships, but the tracking number doesn't work. I finally get an email monday evening If memory serves me right, saying tropical revenge is out of stock. I email them and say replace it w/ static starlight as I have not tried it yet. I gave them some time to respond to me and no answer monday evening or tuesday. I call them today (wednesday) and speak to a rep. We go over everything that happened and he concluded I deserve 2 day ups shipping so I can have the order by friday for the weekend.

i just bought two hookahs and accessories from them on Friday, July 4th. I haven't received an email saying it's been shipped..... but i'm located in Canada....

haha, yeah they have always been good to me too, was just pissed when it had been a couple business days and they haden't responded or anything. But they took care of it, so I'm happy.

How is this A+?

Another order fucked up. These guys can't do jack shit right the first time. Glad to hear whoever you talked with wasn't a moron. This is a C with some extra credit so I give it a C+.

My large tangiers phunnel and 250g of Schnozzberry came on time, no problems at all

well you figure the order was placed on friday night or sat morning, either way they wouldnt process it until monday, and ship out monday evening. 4-5 days ups ground for me from HS and it would be at my house either friday or the following monday. They screwed up and fixed it and shipped it 2 day ups from wednesday to friday. So they matched the screw up to make it like it should have been from the start. But I still had to make an extra call and complain so I can see why someone would be upset.

No biggy I don't mind phone calls, took 2 seconds, good work HS.
