Jeff_T
I'm a fan of Natty ICE, j/k... With price involved I'd go coconut coals from HC or exoticas, if not then the japanese.
Big Boss
The only natural coals I've used are Coco Naras and Romman Lemmonwood coals. The Lemmonwoods were great, but the ease of use of the Cocos is hard to beat.
OC4111
I can't see myself using any other coals besides coco naras. I know people will say that the ones from HC are just as good but I've been seeing mixed reviews about them.
Canon
exotica hands down for me. burn long time, little/no coal taste and never go out on me.

Snoopy1966
Cocos all the way for me. I will try a box from HC but as of now Cocos are worth the monies. The only time I have a problem with cocos is when Canon is around.

Bulldog_916
So far, exoticas have been the favorite for me as far as consistency and just pure love of the coals. The coconut ones from HC are taking them over slowly. We'll see if the coconaras treat me as well as they have everyone else on sunday.
AKammenzind
When I'm smoking outside (the only time I use naturals, b/c of smell lighting up) I use these abu abdo coals I get at my local lebanese shop. They're just your normal bulk naturals, and smell bad when lighting up, but last a long time, give consistent heat, and impart no flavor at all. Plus it's only $5 for a big box of em. Normally I prefer japs though, because they're much easier to light and are a little less troublesome for heat management because of the uniform size. MechAnt
Golden Canarys are my favorite by far.Exoticas, I'm prepared to buy a box and try it out again; the new batches anyway.
Snoopy1966
Canon told me today that the Exoticas from HS are really good. I guess he just got them recently. I am very very very wary of buying any though

Stuie
I have only tried Coco Nara's and I love them. I am planning ordering some Exotica's, Canon loves so I will try, them plus I will try the HC Cocos. Go with what works for you that's my philosophy!
