Snoopy1966
Never seen that at all. Use a scrubby pad and clean it up.

I noticed on smaller, cheaper KM's they usually have a little corrosion at the bottom where the pipe has a nut welded to it. But on the big KM I have the amoura to be exact, the entire pipe, hose port and all, are shiny and clean, no corrosion what so ever.I'd return it if I was you.Where did you get it from? bobosap
its a 39" KM ICE another question, on the main downstem my hookah appears like it has a seams down the entire length of it like it has been welded, and you can see a little bit of corotion and rust down the entire seam? Anyone else have a seam on their downstem or does it look like a solid peice? Edited July 10, 2008 by bobosap

Great customer service!Hi Hans, Chuck attempted to contact you at (my phone number deleted) but was unsuccessful. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will go ahead and send out another ICE stem today. Upon receipt of your new ICE stem, please send back the rusted stem back to us so we can return it to our distributor. We will include a return slip within the package. Please use the same packaging for the return and attach the return slip to it. Again we apologize for this issue. Thank you.
