i'd say if it's your first hookah you should keep it small and simple. my first real hookah was the Mya vortex (sold at mnhookah for like 90$) which has a 3 hose port option the thing kicked and still kicks amazing, your definatly going to need a funnel bowl and nammor hose because in 100% honesty those 2 items can make really any hookah kick good as you get more expiranced in hookah i'd definatly suggest you'd buy a km they kick amazingly and are pretty cheap, but rather large. just my opinion Edited July 18, 2008 by Anxiety

Ive always been partial to myas. They are durable, smoke well, and very modern. also a huge plus that alot of the hookahs can be sealed off to make a 1 hose, or mod'd to make it a 4 hose. i highly suggest u check them out.

For multi hose I would definitley go with a MYA it has an auto seal valve and will be quite useful when smoking with poeple who don't often smoke or pay attention

I would agree, the Myas are solid pipes and well made. I have the Gyro which i bought as a single hose. The purge valve comes off and there are ports on either side which unscrew. For a few bucks more you can buy hose adapters and fit in these spots. So the single hose Mya i have can now go for 1 to 4 hose in seconds. Really handy options are always a good thing

I have heard there was issues with "some" of the Mya vases being fragile but the one that came with the Gyro! Shit i could hammer nails with it
