manipulator211
Just found out that in Ohio if you open up a Hookah Bar after December 2006 your bar must be in a free standing building. Perhaps old news to some of you but I am disappointed.I was working on locations while my wife did the online research and now the location I had in mind is just a dream.AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!rant

manipulator211
Thanks guys.I am looking in the Youngstown area. There are two here and they got grandfathered into their locations. They are both in strip plazas. Should they decide to move they must find a stand alone building. This is so stupid when a BW3 can be in a plaza where 1/2 their clientele is leaving drunk.I will keep looking but not many stand alones around here. Oh and its written in the law that the smoke cannot "migrate" to an area where smoke is unlawful. I guess if a neighbor gets a whiff and complains you're history.Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.Again thanks for the support though.
