Holy shit I saw it last night. One of my top 3 movies all time. Everything about it was fantastic. GO SEE THIS CINEMA GOLD!. I wont comment further and nobody else should either. Too good to spoil.

Going to see it in IMax later this week and I am so geeked.

Anyone else almost pee themselves when the Watchmen trailer played? I almost did. If you don't know Watchmen get the hell up to speed you are not going to want to miss this. And Zach Snyder of 300 fame is directing the famous Alan Moore story? Tinkle...

Me and my children went to see The Dark Knight yesterday. One kick ass film. I was very surprised. A little graphic and dark for little ones, but all my children are old enough. When I mean graphic I guess just the tone of the movie, it is very dark but very awesome also! A must see in the theaters.

Ledger's performance is the greatest for any villian EVER. Maybe any film ever, serzlee.

I was sooo ready to see it monthes ago, it was epic.

I totally agree. He did the Joker so excellent., to bad he is dead now.... I just loved his voice and expressions he would make. That was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time.

I've already seen this movie twice and I can't wait to see it again. Is that bad?

"I just want my phone call" that and when he walks out of the hospital and starts smacking the detonater, its just awesome. too bad he had to pass

I mentioned it in the chat, but if they make one with the riddler, i think johnney depp would play that part well

Don't forget the pencil trick. That was really awesome. As for Johnny Depp... I'm not really seeing it. I heard that they want Phillip Seymor Hoffman to play The Penguin. Now, that I can see.

I can't really see Capote as the Penguin. There are some badass rogues in Batman's gallery and I vote no to Penguin. I feel that Heath Ledger gave such reason to a character based on utter madness. He sucked me in for sure. I never knew whether to laugh or cringe. Such an amazing job and the nuances are what nailed it, from the way he moved to the way he'd keep subtly licking his lips and slightly slurring. Simply amazing. And Maggie Gyllenhall kicks Katie Holmes ass any day.

absolutely amazing movie. i saw it on the night of the release at 3:30 AM!! dont worry im not one of those freaks who are so into comic books and stuff. but believe me there were plenty of them there.they were dressed up as batman and joker and all of them. there was almost a fist fight between two 300 pound men who is better, battman or joker.

giant ninja robot..i am truly sorry lol

i just think its a little strange when people go to the movies dressed up as their favorite villain. clothes and face paint.

its okay if ur into comic books and stuff. just dont go too overboard....

I think an Oscar winning actor could do it. Everyone scoffed at the idea of Heath Ledger as the Joker but we were all proved wrong.

No not strange glen just people having fun. Halloween isn't the only day you can dress up but to each his own (I wasn't actually offended btw. We comic geeks get misunderstood as much if not more than us hookah smokers.)

IMO they dragged out the movie too long and beat a dead horse with the whole movie. i would have been happy if they ended it when the joker got caught the first time and started off the next movie there

My only problem was that the transition point you speak of was a little unnatural but I quickly got over that as the rest of the movie was badass. So I oh so partially agree.

yeah, thats a good way to say it, could have been a smother transition, or possibly more defined. But it was necessary because two face was a tool of one of Jokers master plans that allowed him to live on even after being captured.

movie was amazing.

philip seymore hoffman as the penguin? that would be insane, incredible actor and plays a great villan. he can be very scary, but like someone said, i dont really like the "penguin."

So far "The Spirit" has my attention way more than "Watchmen." Sin City was an amazing movie.
