You're never going to win if you don't play the game.Man I have wasted more money on this flavor with no reward! All because I want to taste what i thought was heaven just a few years ago.I am going to get it, but I have my doubts. If it turns out to be the tobacco I hope it is, I will really enjoy it this time around. I will not take it for granted like I did 3 years ago.I have spent hundreds of dollars on Al-Fakher grape only to throw most of it away because it was so disgusting. If you guys care, when I get it I will let you know if it was the incredible one we all remember.............
JillyIsJustKidding
I'd say nah. Shisha usually expires 2 years after its production date. It might be very wet when you buy it since it a kilo of shisha. But, it might not have any flavor since it was made that long ago
MechAnt
I just got a 250g box in from Nazar Hookah today. Feb 2008 production date and wow, it smells and tastes amazing, just like I remember.
ahhhdam
Lucky, I ordered a batch of grape from Nazar a couple weeks ago but it was ketchuped. Being cool guys as they are they gave me points equal to another tub of AF so when they get a new batch of grape I can order from them.
Mahir
It all makes no sense to me. His batch is the same as your batch.....just peculiar.I can say that the tub I am currently smoking from is great too. Feb 2008.Man I wish there could be some straight answers on this one
Scoop
maybe some people are sensitive to the flavorings?i know its definitely much more intense than before but the new ones i have taste pretty much the same as always and i had like 10 50g packs
Mahir
I was thinking the same. Something along the lines of perceptions.

SmokinMoose
I have never had a Ketchup Tasting Batch. I have had a batch that smelt like ketchup (Feb 08) but once i smoked it was fine. I dunno if this has anything to do with it but i always dump the tobacco straight into the tub and throw away the resealable bag.
NickReppinThe909
BUY IT i personally have never been ketchuped

Feb 2008.Man I wish there could be some straight answers on this oneThis has been bugging me too. I ordered some from MNH some time ago, dated february 2008. Before I bought it I asked them if the ketchup-problem was gone, and Tarik told me he just had smoked some, and that it was great. Needless to say I was very disappointed to find out that mine had the ketchup-smell. Tried to acclimate it for a while (although I've never had to do that with anything but Tangiers).Anyways, there seems to be alot of people who still experiences the problem, but also alot of people who report the problem to be non-existing with their shisha. Wierd, and I'm starting to believe Majid might be right ...

momatik
Don't do it son!BEWARE THE KETCHUP.500g of AF grape, worth it.500g of ketchup, not worth it.Make sure you can get your dough back if it's the red stuff rather than the good stuff.
TizaNabi
First off. Is it genuine and not the fake AF? AF had to go toall the trouble of putting their hologram on it since fake AF was being smuggled in in their boxes from the "area" of the United Arab Emirates. (I guess they can't smoke crude oil). No halogram, no true AF. If you don't want itpast the date and it does have a halogram, I'm sure you'll find takers.
TizaNabi
I see that someone mentioned "Ketchup". Of the many, many times over the years I've seen that word used, and myself one time got me a batch of ketchup too, no one has called it "musturd". Its known to happen and often. Maybe heat exposure, old shisha?
