Nakhla Peach

So, I know I just started another thread, but I had a question I wanted to ask so this is my forum hijacking.I decided to buy some Nakhla Peach just to confirm that's what the lounge was serving (see my lounge/liquids thread) and I can tell you it definitely wasn't. That or my setup was way wrong.First off there was absolutely no peach flavor at all, I'd say just more of a general smokey flavor. For second, in the 45 minutes I smoked it, it felt like there was hardly no smoke at all. Now this is my first try with Nakhla so perhaps this is what one expects from them but I wanted to make sure.I started out with 2 coals, but it started to taste like it was burning so I dropped down to 1 and that seemed to even the flavor out a bit.So is my experience about on par with what you all have experienced, or was there some flaw in my setup?

hmm..i tried Nakhla peach once...once.
Didn't like the flavour much, but I didn't notice there was any LACK of flavour. You may want to give it another go.

stir it well, leave it sit exposed to the air where you will smoke it for a couple of hours and stir well again. Pack a bowl, smoke it! Nahkla Peach is OK, peach is not an easy flavor to hit...

Nakhla is a brand that doesn't require massive amounts of heat. 1 quicklight will get it right. I get good results by breaking the coal into 4 pieces, lighting it and puting them on.
