Can Somebody Show Me How The Glass Bowls Work?

hokay.... so i understand how a phunnel works and all that.... BUT

whats the difference between a jet and a regular?
whats that little weird piece that comes with the jets?
whats a scalli mod do?
do the jets come with a glass screen or is that extra?
why do all the glass bowls on mnh say they all hold pretty much the same amount of shisha?


sorry if those are stupid questions... i plan on ordering a new hose and restocking my shisha/coals soon and was kind of interested in this but wanted to make sure i understood it first

Jet is taller and handmade, no two alike. and the custom scalli mod

Scalli mod covers the phunnel hole and reroutes the airflow and takes up space to save on shisha.

All phunnels hold pretty much the same amount they usally vary between 5-15 grams per size, seeing as they are all currently hand made.

I don't think Jets come with Glass screens.

There is no difference between a jet bowl and a regular bowl. Jet bowls just look cooler.

The little weird piece I think you are talking about the scalli mod.

These bowls are big, so they made this scalli mod, which goes over the hole in the bowl, and reduces the size of the bowl so you can use less shisha.

They do not come with the glass screen, you have to buy them separately.

the jet glasses hold between 15-35g

they are not "so big you need the scalli mod"

the glass screens have to be bought seperate

the difference is they are easier to clean and conduct heat better therefore requiring less coals

second.... can i put a glass screen on a regular glass phunnel? or is that only for the jets?

the glass screes i belive come in a 3 pack of different sizes so you probably can

Incorrect on the 3 pack of screens. You order a jet glass bowl and a screen at the same time and they match the screen to the bowl. If you want a screen for a non jet you would have to call and ask them about it. They are 10 bucks a piece.

They were not made to use less shisha, they were made to be used with other shisha besides tangers, scalli made a device that is ment to use less shisha though
