I just gotta say this is the reason I keep using this site, I know a few people have had really bad experiences with them, but I have been impressed every time I order from them.

I recently purchased the 3 250g bags of tangiers + coco's deal from them and it was shipped in the middle of that heat wave up her in nor-cal a few weeks ago, so when it got to me, it must have gone through irreversible humidity shock as I couldn't taste anything but the faintest flavor when I smoked it. I told h-s this and they offered to give me $18 (in reward points but as good as cashs ince I will be using them anyway) and free shipping on my next order, without question, even though I told them that I knew the problem was out of their control.

Needless to say the reward points have already been used.

ya, they CS is pretty good at trying to make stuff better. i have an order with them in right now, they said they would bump it to the front of the line so it would ship today, well i got the shipping number and all but its just the "info received" i.e. "we have a label printed but its not in the ups hands yet. they have worked to get it out pretty well i guess with the warehouse move but meh, not the happiest right now but i understand.

i will probably send them a message after i get it with my experience and express that i do understand the shipping issue but was still disappointed, i hope this is the only issue i have with the order

I just spoke to them in chat, and the move is affected their shipments. My package was processed on the 25th, yet it hasn't shipped yet. They said tomorrow, Monday at the latest. By the time I get my hose, it'll have been two weeks since I ordered it. Extremely long, and dissapointing...but as long as I get it eventually.

Dude... that's a whack thing to complain about. Have a little patience, for the love of god...

im not so much complaining about having to wait but the fact that when i ordered i was not told before or even notified about it until i asked why after 4 days i hadnt gotten a shipping notice when they say usually it ships in less than 1 day.

the other issue is that im moving the 11th thus have to receive by the 8th. since i ordered the 26 i expected to get it this week in plenty of time, im fine with getting it next week but if it gets held up to much it may be late.

ive gotten a lot of packages shipped from around that area from other mail order places (not hookah place though) and the shipping of UPS is usually very fast from there but it just comes to the warehouse getting stuff out, i do understand the hold up i just wish they would have let people know when ordering or even just telling people after ordering with out having to ask.

Just to chime in quick, H-S just informed me that my order was shipped today and will be here Tuesday. I placed an order the same day at H-C and it'll be on my doorstep tomorrow (Yeah KM!!!!)

I don't mind waiting a few days as long as the order is right! "Sh*t happens", as they say.

I love how all of you don't mind waiting but its happening to each of you. There is a bigger problem and you guys not doing anything and just letting it go means it will continue happening. Plus just because your order has shipped does not mean it will be correct.

thats why i am going to send a note to them expressing my discontent with it. ive seen enough other people have great fast shipping and seeing as they are moving (or at least they say so) im willing to give them some slack.

im willing to wait for stuff if i had my set up but ya not having a rig kind of is bugging me, if i was just getting some shisha and coals i would be ok (since i wouldnt order when i was totally out).

ive heard great things about the CS and so far i have at least gotten very nice responsive service so im willing to play the odds

i placed an order with them on the 27th and then another on the 29th with the reward points i earned and noticed one hadn't shipped so i e-mailed them and they ended up putting it to the front of the line and explaining they were changing warehouses. both my orders shipped wednesday 30 and may be here tomorrow. It's disappointing that I may not get my hookah for the weekend, but their customer service has been great. Everytime I try to contact them, they get back with me immediately. Despite this hold up, I will definitely be ordering from HS again.

Their coco/shisha combo deals are the only thing keeping me from ordering at Texashookah. Their shipping speed has taken a dive recently and I'm lucky to get an order shipped out a 36 hours from when its placed. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations, who knows.

I think their CS is alright,besides them taking 4 flipping days to ship an order.

Word.

I think the fact that we live in Austin where they're based and are still having to wait 36+ hours with no pick-up option makes the shipping situation even more pathetic.

Well let's compare... Hookah-Shisha is slow to ship, but they've never gotten my order wrong. Hookah Company is fast to ship, but both times I've ordered from them, they've messed up. So in the long run, I get a correct order from H-S faster since I don't have to wait for them to fix anything and re-ship it.
