Well, actually I inhale the smoke only when I want the buzz but I'll probably blow out about 80% of the smoke that's in my mouth and inhale the rest, but more often I never inhale and just let the smoke linger in my mouth for a sec or two then i just blow it out. I actually wish I could just puff on the hookah for the taste. I find that if I smoke too much too late in the day I have a hard time sleeping.
