Why does this topic always come up, and people forget to mention that you are inhaling the smoke either way?

Here's my verdict, feel free to agree or disagree:

You Inhale much smoke AS you are taking a drag. One's mouth is no where near enough to hold all that milky thick smoke, so the lungs are the only place it can penetrate for more space, and just imagine taking a 5-6 second drag...hardly anything stays in your mouth, everything travels down your lungs automatically because thats the only place to go.

Then comes a second phase of inhale [like cigarette smokers] which I do every 10 hits or so.

Do I inhale as I am smoking? Everyone does, everyone.
Do I inhale like Cigarettes? Not often.

hmmm i need to learn smoke signals, that would be amusing, and since one of my best friends is a feather head type indian (as apposed to a dot head as differentiated by both my native and middle eastern friends) that would another way to make us be steriotypical

i inhale just straight from the hose, dont inhale as deep as i did when i started or at least not as often but i still inhale, idk if i could really get enough taste if i just puffed on it

I voted sometimes... Heres why.

I usually dont inhale the full hit. I'll take a pull, let out small cloud, followed by a few rings, then a french inhale. I do this almost everytime without even noticing it, its just how I exhale.. anyone do anything similar without realizing it. I only realized it because a friend pointed it out to me

its one of them, its unwashed so it has more (not the lucid line the normal line) there are a few other unwashed ones but i dont remember which off hand

I don't understand how you can smoke hookah and not inhale, but that choice is everyone's to make and I have no problem with passing it to a puffer anyhow. More smoke for me

i don't really have a clue how and why tangiers gives such a buzz, on their website it says it is approx .3%. I think they just give a rough estimate, doesn't fantasia say .5%? or am i buggin out and is it .05%? Fantasia gives me nooo buzz.

i wonder if it has something to do with also the amount of nicotine that can be released, it may have .5% but it might not let go of it, also the glycerin/honey/molasses mixture may pull some of it off and if it drips down the stem or to a place where the heat cant really get to it that may be it to

and puff= containing the smoke in the mouth

cigs: I puff, then and inhale my cigarettes (people draw smoke into their mouths first before inhaling, because most smokers will find it way to harsh to suck in directly into the lungs; its also a way to measure the amount of smoke you want to inhale).

Hookah: I breathe the hookah into my lungs. (do that with a cig and youll be coughing up a lung). I know people have preferences but a hookah IS designed to be breathed in and directly to the lungs.
