you should see a video a member of this board(cypress)made.it had all the basics a new comer to shi sha should know.ill give u a few  tips tho.fill the  water above the  stems bottom.make sure everythings sealed up tight so u get a good smoke out of that beauty.dont  pack the bowl tootigt or put too much coal or too litle  for that matter.and when u blow outwords  to get the extra smoke out do it gently otherwise the differance in pressure will  blow the water up the stem,into your bowl  and ruin your session!!!!!BEWARE!!!!
