Balthazar Posted August 3, 2008 Share Posted August 3, 2008 So I was smoking a bowl of Tangiers Kashmir Peach (a flavour that I am more convinced is the best one every time I have some), and seeing how this is Tangiers it lasted a couple of hours. At first I was smoking while watching the movie My Neighbour Totoro, afterwards I turned on Dylan's Blood on the Tracks. I love both watching movies and listening to muscis when I'm smoking alone. However, sometimes I find myself having a little trouble paying full attention to the movie I'm watching. This has nothing to do with the movies (Totoro is fantastic), I just get a little to carried away watching the smoke and trying to make rings, etc. For that reason I think I might be a bit more found of combining hookah and music than hookah and movies. And as for what to listen to chill out music is great however Arabic music is the best and some Rap songs but not extremely upbeat more chill. I have tried smoking while watching a movie and it just doesnt work for me period...Music FTW Now that we have all reached an agreement that music is the best w/ hookah lets smoke! I believe the hookah is a centerpiece (much like a fire in ancient times) for conversation and thus music should be used appropriately for the mood. Tom1 Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 Alright, since I'm one of the few that said movies I'll explain why.I really only hookah with 2-4+ people, I think it would be a bit weird if that many people just got lost in their thoughts while listening to music.
