Capt. Morgan
Looking at placing an order pretty soon and I'm trying to decide on coals. Naturals aren't really an option for me at the moment. So far I've had the best luck with golden coals. I'm just wondering which size would be my best bet. Smoking Tangiers Lucid out of a H-S small phunnel bowl with 2 30mm coals broken in half. So 4 halves total. I'm wondering if I'd be able to get away with using fewer pieces of 40mm coals and if they'd last longer?
OC4111
i'm sure you could use 3 halves of 40mm. have you tried 3 kings?

OC4111
most people seem to think 3 kings is the best QL out there. I stopped using QL's and have been using naturals, specifically coco naras, and have no inkling of going back to ql's
