one thing about both the blue round one at 22"

is that they seem to be small-medium range size, i have read on
this forum that 30" is a good size



i AM NOT a cigar smoker or ciggarate smoker, i really enjoy hookah's
because of the fruit flavor of the massall  and  the smooth
smoke (very important for me)



i read that small or medium sized (anything below 26") ones are harsher
smokes because the shorter distance the smoke has to travel, do you
guys think that 22" or 25" are considered medium or small? will the
smoke still be smooth?

And to answer you from my point of view, I would consider small to be 20" and below, medium to be 21-28" and large 29" and up.

As for smaller hookahs being harsh because of the smokes shorter travel
time, some people will agree and some disagree. Theres not too many
people out there who have smoked from every possible size of hookah out
there. And even if someone has smoked from a wide range of sizes, every
hookah has its differences, such as stem diameter. So not every type of
hookah will smoke the same as the other.

I have an 18" egyptian, and I have never noticed any difference in
harshness or flavor, but have noticed that I can't get as much smoke
out of it as with my 36" egyptian. So just from my point of view, I
would say get something above 24".

But then people will tell you they get perfect smoke sessions from
their small hookahs. This is a hard topic to talk about, because not
everyone is going to agree, but I recomend reading others comments as
well as mine, and see what sounds best to you.

I'd say you will be fine with a 22" or 25". You're right in the mid-range.

I now have a 24" and a 34" and while I enjoy both of them I really don't see any significant differences in the smoke quality, the hitablity (dat a word?), or the smoke quality/quantity. It's cool to have 2 to choose from depending on my mood or the occasion mind you, but the actual smoking experience is about the same. Get whatever you want to be smoking out of I'd say.

i have a 4'3" hookah and a smaller one(23") and the big one smokes much better!!! i bought it at a small arabic cafe/hookah bar on  5th ave. called ARABESQUE. $135.00!!!! worth it though.ill post some pics.
