web250_is_mad Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 I just went through a long, and twisted situation with the people at Hookah-Shisha.I ordered a Namoor style hose on July 25th, and due to their warehouse move, and my order quote "slipping through the cracks", it did not ship until today. At first I was pissed off to no end that this had taken so long, and especially since I'll be on vacation all of next week, and unable to retrieve the package from the shipper.However, I'm really happy to say that their CS came through big time. I got a lengthy, sincere apology on my home phone, my package is being shipped next-day air, and I was credited both my shipping cost, and given $20 in reward points.All this goes to say of course, that while their move may be causing temporary problems, their customer service is A++ and I would never hesitate to use them in the future.So if anyone is looking for a reputable site with even more reputable customer service, I'm glad to recommend H-S. mattathayde Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 i was in the same situation but they didnt ship it out faster cause it was 25 lbs. they did get it out the door very quickly when i said it had been a week since i ordered (like 3 hours till it was on a truck).they are in the middle of fixing the issues with my hookah and i will see how that works out, im still disappointed with the over all quality of this hookah but o well, ill deal with it.i am willing to give it another go around later though because their CS is pretty good, some times you have to push with some of the online people, but meh -matt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jeeeeznew hookah (rotator) 2 things of exoticas, box of coco naras, 1.6 kilos of shisha, 2 namors, few bowlsnice order. the hookah smokes well but the whole hose hub part is junk, they are sending me a new one, hopefully i just got a dud one cause ive seen these same hookahs make it through 2 years at a lounge so i think i just got a lemon piece-matt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
