Oneeyedziggy
I have an idea of what to do with it, and i'll post the results in a few days (cause it doesn't come until monday) but could someone tell me the dimensions of the tin that "potion" shisha comes in? height/width/depth? edit: also, the dimensions of other tins will help too... probably just height and diameter on most tins. The steel is very sturdy. Do wash well though - you dont want to experience "grilled tuna hookah"- just sayin!

Oneeyedziggy
well, i just fried the hair-drier coil i bought, but it was $3 at good will, so i'm gunna go see if i can find a cheap toaster... and since you have to insulate the coils, or it'll blow, toasters have 3 big non conductive "mica" plates in them, one of which i'll have to cut to fit the tin, but the wiring and such... voltage regulators and whatnot should be fine... and another issur with using a blow drier is that they have a cutoff switch that kills them just below 140*c which needs to be bypassed... well, i'm off to goodwill.
