Smoke Rings & Smoke Bombs

Me and my friend have only been smoking hookah for about a year now.. and today we stumbled upon a video on youtube where someone was making smoke rings and smoke bombs.

We wanted to find out how to do it, but we searched everywhere on google and youtube and no one explains how to do it. This may seem like a stupid question, I'm sorry, but we're really currious to know how.

So please.. enlighten me lol.

if ur talkin about a smoke bomb (i call it a bubble) then i would say get anything round like they had, I've used a bic pen made into a spitball gone sort of, and a straw works
then mixed water and soap in a glass dipped one side of the pen, and blow from the other

and smoke rings are explained on the front page or something

are you talking about bubbles with smoke in em? i call em hookah bubbles and thats what is in my avatar. i just use a piece of pvc pipe and soap mixed with water.

i'm guessing hookah bubbles and smoke bombs are one and the same?

For rings, I just make sure my mouth is round, and use small pushes with my throat to push the smoke out. Its all in control, as soon as you push the air out, you need to stop it.

Far as I know there are three main ways to blow smoke rings. But first, make sure that the mouth is in the "O" shape. It may look silly, but the mirror is your best friend for this. Second, make sure that you gather smoke in the mouth cavity by exhaling slightly first.

1. The techique ryno memtioned. The hardest to explain. You can either sorta push with the throat, or open the throat slightly for a slip second. The closest thing I could think of is making a tiny "ah" from the throat. Hella weird, but it's the main way for me.

2. Poise the tongue near the back and kinda push the air out. Have the tongue form a semi wall and move it forward slightly. Also strange to explain

3. The 'cheapo' way. Simply tap under the cheek with smoke in your mouth. Not 'real' smoke rings, but it's easy fun.
