Thinking About A Second Hookah

I have been reading some of the posts and suggestions lately and have started looking at some of the MZ hookahs over at gotHookah.com. I currently have a QT.

Would I really see much of a performance difference with an MZ? I was thinking about one of their 29" models but nothing too huge or expensive.

there will be a HUGE performance difference from a MYA to a KM or MZ the egyptians are much better because of the non common chamber design

The difference is almost instant, in a good way of course.

Any model in particular? Does a 29" behave any differently than a 34" or larger?

How are they to clean, also?

your gonna need a deep sink or a cup that you can run water down your hookah (in the tub) they arent that bad to clean, they really shouldn't i got the 29" perpetual river and love it to death the one thing to remember the bigger they are the harder to clean

looking at the MZ's over at gotHookahs.com, is there any difference in the pipes themselves, or is i just the pattern of the stem? Mainly, why is a Horas model a bit cheaper then a pertpetual river or ahmose or amoun?

You will def notice a difference like the others said. The sizes arent as important and packing the bowl, heat mangament, hoses, coal type and shisha type have a bigger effect on the smokability to me.

Thats a MZ, should smoke good, I know they get good reviews on here

That's the best bang for your buck... for any brand. Period.

As far as price... IMO it depends on the stem pattern. Some are more complex and difficult to manufacture, so the price will be higher. Just find a good looking (to you) MZ that fits your budget, and you are golden.

for any of these models, do the stems come apart in sections or are they one piece? It looks liek some of them have a seam in the middle where it unscrews

I'm pretty sure that the hookah you linked has a one piece stem. I might have the exact same model. (Smokes quite well, btw.) Mine did come with large pipe-cleaner sorta things to clean out both the vase and the stem so the keeping it clean isn't too hard, even though it doesn't screw apart.

an MZ will be an upgrade but cleaning it won't be as easy as cleaning your mya reason being the MZ stem is one solid piece doesn't break down or anything like a mya does
