I used them frequently with Tangiers and AFVortex works very well, delivers a cool smoke, and helps conserve shisha (you can get a long session from less)The Super Chief is a little bit of a dilemma for me, I bought it to smoke jurak. But im gonna try to answer to the best of my ability. I have the superchief and the MNH jet glass phunnel, I like both of them, but i preffer the phunnel because it is easier to pack than the superchief. And its better for 2-4 people. it holds a little more shisha and lastes a little longer. As for the vortex, i cant tell you anything about it because i havent had any experience with it. Smokes for a few set of coals, less dripping of juices down the stem, and an increase in flavor and smoke... Spotless Posted August 15, 2008 Share Posted August 15, 2008 i have yet to try the supercheif or vortex but considering I have a phunnel and i generally smoke with 2-4 people and get between 3 (-5 with a medium) hours on it i'd say just go with that one. They are better because you don't have to deal with the dilemma of juices dripping down the stem, no clogged holes, and the shisha rests in a moat of its own juices for optimum flavor.
