Another comic geek on the forum. Nubbs you rule!!! Favorite comics/graphic novels/one shots?First of all, I know. Im an artist so I love all of Alex Ross' work. Batman: death and the city, Kingdom Come, Robin: Teenage Wasteland, Civil War series, 52 series, Marvels Marvels, Marvels Zombies[2 SUCKED], The Hood, War of the Dead, The Walking Dead.I remember cracking open Kingdom Come when I was a kid. The very first page blew my pants off. Oh, and joytron--check out the Diamond Age since it is also by Neil Stephenson. Takes place in the same universe as Snow Crash, but many years later. The focus shifts from cyberpunk to nanotechnology with a hint of steampunk. I personally liked it as much as Snow Crash.

Hojo
I just finished reading Hell's Angels by Hunter S. Thompson. You guys will be proud to know that I read the entire book across several hookah sessions. It's a really interesting chronicle of the year or so he spent with the Hell's Angels motorcycle club, before he is beaten by them and forced to leave.I started Fear and Loathing: On the Campaign Trail '72, also by Hunter S. Thompson, yesterday.

Big Boss
Just finished Hearts in Atlantis, and I must admit that it was one of the best books I've ever read (this coming from a guy who read War and Peace at age 12). This is the first time in a month that I haven't read something everyday; I had to return Wizard and Glass to the local library, haven't gotten around to checking it out again. But yeah, Hearts in Atlantis was an excellent book. I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates a truly captivating story. I've often asked my mom and dad what the 60's were like and this book gave me a taste of that.
