Good Coals

Hello guys, i am new here and for the most part have no idea what im doing? i have figured some stuff out but have 1 question a good coals the bowl i will use to smoke my shisha holds aproximitly 10-15 grams of shisha (small bowl but i like it) and im a cheep-o i only want to use 1 coal and after reading several reviews 3 kings is were i want to go now should i use the 33's or 40's i dont want to burn the hisha but dont want a weak smoke witch coal is right for me thanks for your assistance hope to chill with you all soon -oh and its a pumpkin hookah smaal tray but i likey-likey wink.gif

Yes a 33mm will be plenty. Try splitting them in half also and put one half on each side of the bowl parallel to each other. I just grasp them by the middle with my hands and split them the best I can. You also score them a little before you try to break them also.

I use a butterknife to score the coal with the serrated part of the knife, then lay the knife in the groove and give it a rap with the palm of my hand...usually breaks cleanly for me in one or two hits.

A 44mm split in half is great for a normal sized bowl. 33 is decent too but you will have to add another half sooner. Personally i like hassle free smoking to last as long as possible, so i'd pop two halves of a 44mm on the opposite edges of the bowl.
