Newbie Looking For Advice.

Hi guys. I've been smoking the Hookah at my friends place for about a month now, and I love it. I'm wanting to get my own, but I can't seem to settle on any particular model. Another friend bought one at a smoke shop recently and it was terrible... I'd like to avoid that if possible.

I'm looking at the smaller Myas, but also an Egyptian Sphinx as well. Any recommendations for a sub-$100, quality Hookah? I'd like to get the best for my money as possible right now, and am looking at small to mid-sized hookahs. Any site recommendations are welcome as well. Thanks in advance, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

$100 will get you a nice quality pipe but thing is, how much Shisha do you want plus other equipment (hose, bowl, etc.)?

A great starter/travel pipe is the MYA QT. It's a simple small pipe that smokes just as well as its bigger counter-parts. It can be had for around 40-45 bucks. I'd also recommend a Razan hose. That costs about $21.99. With the left over, you can invest in shisha or even a phunnel bowl. You have many options to explore and any more questions, please ask away!

I've been looking at the QT and the Bambino and kinda going back and forth on them. I can't seem to find the Razan hoses you mentioned, and the place I am ordering from is sold out of ALL the phunnel bowls (which I'd decided to get).

As for Shisha, I'm not sure how much to get. I've only tried Starbuzz, but fortunately there's a shop near my place that sells it for about what you'd get online. I'm not sure how long a 250g box would last me though.

listen man just get a mya bambino and a tangiers meduim phunnel that will cost around $80 for the best smoke of your life if you wanna spend 100 total you can also get the fabled nammor or razzan hose for another 20 honestly rather than getting a 30 inch plus hookah this is the way to go!

Keep in mind you will spend a lot on shipping.

The things you NEED are:

-hookah
-shisha
-charcoal

The thing you SHOULD get is:

-phunnel bowl

Don't worry about getting a nammor or razan hose in my opinion, because you can make a new hose for about 3 dollars by taking apart the one that comes with your hookah and replacing it with vinyl tubing from lowes or home depot.

I think you should go with a MZ. They are cheap and very good hookahs.

That is a solid MZ, which is about 35. I'll just use the shipping cost for me, and that is $15. So that is $50 all together.

Then you can get Exotica charcoal for $10 plus shipping. Shipping is $15. So that is $75 right there.

I would get a smaller sized MZ it will smoke much nicer then the MYA and it will run you about the same price
