Got My Order In Yesterday!

So I've finally got my order in yesterday from h-s:
Mya acrilyc
Romman cocktail (250gr), sweet melon(250gr), good times(50gr), mint(50gr) and double apple(250gr)
2 boxes of exoticas
heba diffuser
+ free clearance mya

I've been smoking it since, already tried all the flavors . The mya smokes great, but there's one problem, my base seems to have a small leak. At first I thought the outside was just wet and dripping on the floor, so after I finished my bowl I checked for leaks, and didn't find anything. To be sure I refilled my base with water, I dried the outsides and the bottom with a towel, and let it rest on the table for a couple of minutes, then I could see some water coming out under the bottom. It's not much at all, maybe a teaspoon after an hour, but nonetheless it's a leak.

Should I contact h-s and explain them the problem and have them send another base?

Yes you should, you shouldnt be having that problem at all!

Yes, if they shipped a defective product they will replace it.

if it's the clearance one there's a disclaimer that there's no returns/exchanges, so you might be outta luck. but find where the leak is exactly and seal that bad boy up.

no it's not the clearance.. If I can fix it so that it's not visible, I might try that, but otherwise I think I'll contact them

Contact them, it obviously shipped broken so they will certainly ship another one.
