Packing/foiling Non Tangiers In A Small Phunnel Bowl

How do you all pack and what is the hole pattern for phunnel bowls when you are packing fantasia or AF. I used mine for the first time last night and got good sized clouds but the flavor wasnt amazing. If you have any pics that would be super helpful.

im also interested, i have a phunnel i dont use too often, only for special occasions and i used a big whole in the middle and then little ones 2 rows around the whole outside, works ok but im 100% sure someone here knows a better way

We use are tangiers bowl all the time for af. i get about 4 smokes out of one pack in a medium sized bowl. just have to stir between smokes. we do the foil pretty much the same as if it were tangiers.

BTW - I don't think poking a big hole in the middle is a good idea. I'd start with no hole in the middle whatsoever. The whole point is to get the air to travel through the tobacco first. If you find that the smoke is too thick or you are having a hard time, then you should poke a small hole, and increase in size as needed.

I pack regular tobacco in a different way compared to Tangiers tobacco.

I dont press the tobacco down, I dont pack a lot, and I do 3 rows of holes..the out-most row gets the biggest holes.
