I love food and eating so much. I think the only things I really am not fond of in food are mushrooms and mayonnaise, but I can deal in small doses. I'm pretty much up for anything and like Tecnorobo said, I'll try anything at least once...

I think BBQ is my fav. pulled pork to be exact

I enjoy cooking more than I enjoy eating. I especially enjoy approaching a nearly-empty fridge/cupboard/pantry, and from bits and scraps creating meals that taste better than what you can get in most high-end restaurants but with only 1/20th the calories/sodium/cholesterol.

My favourite food, if you don't count an ice-cold pint of Guinness, is basically anything that I haven't tried before. Of what I've had, I like Eretrian/Ethiopian, Thai and Cuban food, and of course sushi. My singular favourite food are mushrooms, especially crimini and chanterelle, and the only things that I won't eat are mayonnaise and raw salmon, or pork more than two or three times a year if I prepare a lean pork loin marinated in a red wine sauce for 36-48 hours and cooked for 9-12. +1 to cooking. Have been to a lot of restaurants in montreal and haven't been impressed with anything. Then again I'm a student so I can't spend 50-150$/meal sad.gif

Favourites that I can make:
-Korean bbq (bulgogi ftw biggrin.gif)
-Risotto ai funghi
-Pizza margherita (the real stuff like they make in Napoli)
-Honey dijon and fresh basil salmon steaks
-Green thai chicken curry
-Onigiri... with pretty much anything smile.gif
-Sukiyaki

One of my recent favorite is the McManly from McDonalds.... You get a double cheeseburger and a McChicken ( I usually only get ketchup on the burger and mayo on the chicken) You place the entire McChicken, bun and and, inbetween the patties of the burger and eat... Pics to come soon
