If you're smoking it straight and get it smoking thick, it'll actually kinda burn like Red Hots or Big Red gum. It can be uncomfortable, but it's also kinda refreshing and satisfying. It smelt really good, but when I started to get it to smoke, it was harsh and made my stomach hurt. I took off a coal and it remained kind of harsh... and I used a funnel...... the flavor reminded me of cinnamon oatmeal... did I get a bad batch? I got Romman and I'm buying some Nakhla to sample, I really like the spicy kind of cinnamon.Maybe you had to much heat on it or something, its always tasted pretty darn good to me.
