My first hookah was made by Sahara which is the one you linked too. It was a good hookah to start on, but the stem will rust out on you.

LOL is that healthy?
And if I clean it right and after every smoke will it still rust?
Should I just get a mya like that guy said when this one rusts?
And that still sounds like a death hazrd. lol

You'll be fine for a while... once it starts rusting I'd get a new one. I'd suggest a Mya, KM or MZ

It should be a good enough starter hookah. There is no point in starting with the cream of the crop if you havent learned the basics yet. Besides if you start with the best of the best, what do you have to look foreward to? But like i say it should be just fine to learn on. Just make sure to not keep the stem in water for any longer than needed so you can preserve your hookah for longer.

yeah agreed with simplex. Also after you smoke wash the sucker right after and then just stick a blow dryer to it, and it will dry the stem in about 10-15 seconds. That way you can preserve it even longer. If it only sits in water while smoking, then you wash and dry it right after, it should last a lot longer than 4-5 months I'd imagine.

For the same price you could have gotten a mya acrylic with additional auto-seal hose ports so that at least when you're smoking alone you don't have to find something to plug up the other ports.
