Today my two friends went and bought two new khalil mamoon hookahs.....I think they were legit cuz they had the design in the tray holder and the engraving in the tray.....although it said khalil mamon.

Anyway. They smoked nahkla out of a regular clay egyptian and didnt get ANY flavor at all. I tried smoking with them but it was like smoking hay. I literally took two pulls and didnt smoke anymore. It was disgusting. My friend pressed down on his hookah bowl with quick light coals. When I told him that he shouldnt press down, he said "it makes the smoke thicker". That was so sad because they have no idea what to do and probably have the blackest lungs ever. I thought it was the biggest waste of a Khalil Mamoon EVER. Also. They washed a non washable hose and thought that their little non washable hose was better than the Khalil Mamoon hose that came with it. I am just shocked that people dont know anything about hookah. Just shocked. Maybe its the phunnel bowl. I dont know. I just know today was terrible. Edited September 3, 2008 by frost91

I'd avoid smoking with them, some people won't change or realize there are other more effective ways of doing things and it's not worth trying to change them.

sadly enough i used to be as uneducated at hookah as them, looking back i am ashamed of myself as are my lungs =P i think a good smoke session with proper ways and good taste and smoke will do them good and maybe the world of hookah a little justice. I know thats what changed me around.
