Dom
yeah, these pipes are beautiful. my favorite part is the design on the tray. i've never seen a design that detailed except in other older nours the same size. nice buy. one thing that everyone buying Nours should do is as soon as you get it, check it for leaks by plugging your finger/thumb on one end of the shank and blow out the other end. no air should be able to pass through. do the same for the hose port tube. if you hear leaks, then send it back to whoever you bought it from, and i'm sure they'll have no problem sending a replacement. chances are, they can send it back to the manufacturer or distributor and get a refund/replacement. this check is actually something you sould do with every pipe you buy.when they don't have those flaws, these Nours are the cat's pajamas! neffertiti
damn, that sucks about your welds. i'm sure HC will fix it no problem, but it still sucks that you have to deal with it in the first placeone thing i don't like, is that according to some people, the Nours are allready headed downhill like the KM's which I really don't want to happenI think that if you have a quality product, keep making it a quality product and people will keep buying it, instead of making it a little cheaper so you can simply sell more. but what do I know, I'm just a theatre kid
BrotherBuford
I've smoked mine once since the plumber's putty cured. That fixed the leaking issue, and it doesn't look bad since I was careful with application using only what was needed (and the putty is a dull grey color, which helps). It's pretty annoying that I even had to do it, but at least it was an easy fix. I've checked it witrh a leak detector solution and it seems good now.I've covered the bad and annoying - here's the upside: Using a Mya hose, as the one it came with was crap, it smokes like a champ. It clears easily, the tray fits tight onto the shaft so it doesn't rattle, there's a lot of airflow due to the large shaft diameter and hose port, and it's very easy to clean.Verdict: quality overall is a little lacking and the hose is garbage, but at least the errors can be corrected. It sucks that it even *needs* to be corrected, but it does smoke well afterwards. Really, though, I'd only buy one if you already have another shisha or an extra hose, and don't mind taking a few minutes fixing bad welds if yours has them. I'll most likely use it as my everyday "throwaround" shisha, especially considering it's quick to clean and set up.
vin13
So I just got my Nour in and I'm happy to say that I couldn't find any leaks in the stem! It really looks amazing and despite the fact that I didn't get the Nour branded hose, I'm very happy with it. The tray is pretty legit and has some nice markings and it smokes as good as our KM's.
