zacarroll
Hey guys i've been smoking my thalatha and i've been having a really hard time getting clouds with it. it seems to be packed fine i've been using about 3 or 4 natural coals per session and the pull is a bit tough and i can't seem to find any problem with it besides it not producing enough smoke. Any suggestions?
MechAnt
Check for leaks. Make sure there is a ball in the purge valve. Make sure nothing is clogged.

Any suggestions? If the pull is tough, maybe he is packing to tight...cause it would be an easy pull if the ball bearing or grommets were missing... vin13
QUOTE or the water level can be offBingo. 99% of my problems with bad draw are from water level. If the draw is good minus the bowl, then like others have said, try not packing so tight.
Anxiety
for cloud issues i can almost gurantee you it's you need more water (granted your bowl is packed right + enough heat) for the tough pulls i'd suggest getting a plastic beebee to use as a ball bearing, or try and clean the metal one that it came with.also are you using a funnel or standard bowl? if it's a standard bowl you might be blocking the air ways /w shisha Edited September 4, 2008 by Anxiety
Codename067
Also, dont forget to make sure the your hookah is air tight and that the hose is not clogged up or anything.

zacarroll
thanks guys i'm going to try the water level adjustment im 99% positive it's not a coal air seal or packing problem and i already put a new ball bearing in. The thalatha is tough to judge the water level since you can't see into the base where it is, the one drawback of that hookah but i guess it's the price you pay for having a fucking beautiful base. haha.
