Shipping Problems?

Well it said my order shipped out Friday and it gave me a tracking number but anytime I try and track it says " >>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later." Any ideas of why I can't see where my order is?

probably a bad tracking number.

contact them and verify.

well since today is monday and you are still having the issue I'd also say bad tracking number. Sometimes if they just sent you the tracking number, it won't show up for 24 hours because it hasn't updated into ups's tracking system, but since its been a couple days since fri and still isn't working ... I'd contact thehookah.

I just emailed them not to long ago. I called around 9 not realizing the 2 hour time difference, so I guess I'll just play the waiting game on my email. The KM I ordered was out of stock but he called me Friday and said he could upgrade it to the KM Exotica free of charge if I wanted, I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

shouldn't have anything to do with it. I say just wait until you can call them, then call. They will help you out i'm sure, they are good over there.

The seller's shipping system can generate a UPS tracking number. That number won't go in the UPS system until the package is actually dropped off or UPS gets the invoice.

and about a 1/3 of the time usps tracking frogs up.

My last package showed it was waiting at O'Hare for a flight.... when it was at my front door
and i've had other problems.
