Thinking Of Opening A Hookah Store.

I love trying out new pipes and shisha and would be more than happy to give full reviews, and some video reviews. Not to mention, Arpomatic is my roomamte and OneMoreYouth is a short drive away, so we could all give you our takes on the hookah/shisha

With the people available on this site you should get 4-5 reviews per hookah or at least input from that many people per review (i know i smoke with 10-15 different people at different times as do people like riv) so that sounds like a good number, as for the samples as long as you target people who have tried just about every brand there is that will be more than enough to send around, there are people here who spend large amounts trying to sample every brand in existence this is the perfect time for them to shine

maybe talk to mushy and see if hell put a sample or a hookah to test in his lounge and get input from his customers if hell do it

really goodluck i would love to see a nearby country with a good shisha shop for one

I recently decided after hearing that the hookahs here are cheap to go visit the best store in town, they have many old style KMs and some great beautiful hookahs, alot of bohemian vases as well.

But it is far too expensive, 65 dollars for a vase alone.. 150 dollars for a hookah.
Thats not what im looking for, then if I add on shipping prices & everything else it will be too much and noone will buy them.

So I have contacted some distributors

A al fakher Wholesale Distributor
& An Egyptian Hookah Wholesale Distributor
As well as a Khalil Mamoon Wholesale Distributor

I am trying my best to get things up and going and would really love to send out some hookahs to review but they will not be from tunisia as it is FAR to expensive, especially to send out free.

Once I get ahold of some good wholesale distributors though that have good prices, I will send out 4 or 5 hookahs.
As for the moassel I am still pretty sure I can send that out as it is not skyrocketed unlike the hookahs.

That is unfortunate but not the end of the world, have you tried the AF website? i know they have regional wholesalers listed there, home made or local flavors always go down well if they are nice quality, look at tangiers it really isnt an international brand but it is sought after by all who know about it.

if the wholesalers arnt cooperative ask the shops if you could buy a bulk off them to sell online, throw in advertising for free and see if they bite with lower prices, you never know, khalil mamoon hookahs are in huge demand in the uk so if you can find a dealer in malta and ship here you will be the only person to sell KM's thats close by or even a high quality hookah

When the shop is up and running anyone is welcome to come by (if you ever even think of coming to malta xD)

Steve, could you link me to the Al Fakher website so I can check with the wholesalers there.

I was talking to locals and they said the shop sells hookahs at a skyrocketed price to foreigners but they are willing to buy them themselves if I give them the money.

I will think about that.

I remember when deliver-a-bowl started up, they used hookahcompany.com and were able to get wholesale...

also...you hear about how great gothookahs.com is, I know they are from personal experience...anyway, I was just on their site the other day and on the intro page(black background page) saw that they have started wholesale. I would highly recommend you considering them. They already have the best prices around that I have seen.

Al Fakher Online responded and asked for my phone number, though I do not have one but will have one soon, so I told them I would give them that as soon as possible.

It is good to see that one wholesale option is definetely there and I will speak with them properly later on.

Hey Sean from Tunisia with whom I chatted a few days ago.

I'd be very interested in the review deal, hookah and tobacco, either/or. I'm hoping (pick me Evan, pick me, you too Pete) to be a reviewer for the site Egoncalo and PeterJMag are starting up and this would be awesome practice for the ol review skills, and something for my portfolio to convince them to: PICK ME GUYS PICK ME!!!!

Also I'm broke and never afraid to volunteer to review/do whatever for free/new stuff/experiences lol. A few weeks ago I drank a 1/2 gallon of soymilk in about a minute for 10 bucks...Shameless and sad but hey, 10 more bucks to the hookah fund
