Chiefin Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 I figured it was about time to re-stock a little bit so I bought the 3 Shisha + 1 Coal combo from HS today. Wanted to try some stuff I haven't had before250g AF Cinammon 250g AF Pineapple250g AF Mint (had before - an absolute must for any AF order)+1 box 84 pieces of art (coconaras)I submitted the order and it was about $46. I instantly remembered that you get a free shirt if you make a $50+ order. I called HS and told them I wanted 250g of Pumpkin Pie Shisha (I've had fantasia pumpkin spice and wanted to try something else) to bump it over $50. Not only did HS adjust the order, but the guy I spoke with said, "I'll make sure that this order goes in today so that you get it tomorrow since you're in Austin. That way you don't have to wait until monday." An hour later they called me back and said they were out of Pumpkin Pie and asked if I would like to sub it for another flavor. I changed it out for SB Vanilla (never had). The guy I spoke with then called the warehouse to make sure the order went out today.This evening I got my order confirmation from UPS and it will be here before the weekend. I'm not trying to pump up HS or anything like that, but I think this is a necessary post considering that I've dogged them pretty bad in the past. It appears that their new warehouse upgrades have given them an elevated level of service. In the past, I would have likely gotten my order on monday or tuesday. From the way things went today, it seems as though they've stepped up their game, especially for their local customers. I will default to them in the future for my shisha orders for sure. However, not only can you spend points earned towards your purchases but you can add the Forum discount on top, and yes their customer service has always been excellent. So I do still order from them on anything I can wait a few days on. Like I just opened my last tub of Fantasia Pumpkin Spice and the new will be here long before I reach the bottom.
