Speak_In_Vowels
yea guys i have kind of decided that since i'm quitting smoking cigarettesc(im smoking like 2 packs a day), that it would be a smart idea to leave hookah alone for awhile too.so it is true i will be taking a semi - long break, just so i can used to the idea of not smoking.i will probably still lurk on the site quite a bit, because let's be honest it's pretty addicting =palso im going to try to get back into shape, and start eating right again.i prolly won't post much at all but i'm sure ill be in chat, so don't be a stranger and say hi if you catch me ;]i'm gonna miss you guys <3i'll be back guys, but this is something i HAVE to do for myself.HF love to all,Jeromep.s. if i find that i can quit quicker than i thought i will be back before you really notice im gone. let's just hope that's the case. newjacksm
I found it easier to quitting ciggeretes hanging out with people who dont smoke ciggs it gets it off your mind completly, if you are truly addicted get the nicotine patch. I have stopped cold turkey before thats the way I did it, I had to get away from the people who smoked ciggs infront of me.
mattarios2
if worst comes to worst just get chantix it is a medication that gets you to stop smoking ciggs. It has like a 30-40% success rate, I know of like 3 or 4 people who have done it, and it worked. But it is incredibly expensive if your health insurance won't cover it.Goodluck hopefully see you sometime soon.
Snoopy1966
Stay away from the cigs and as Canon has stated if you crave a smoke, just get your Hookah going. Good Luck buddy!

coplinb
Good Luck. I think you are making a wise choice as to not visit the site too much, hell its just as addicting as smoking itself! Hope it all goes smoothly for you. My mother in law smoked for almost 30 years and quit about 6 months ago. She was taking some kind of medication that when she took it, if she smoked a cigarette, she would throw up. Sounds gross, but if it worked for her, Im sure it can work for anyone! Giant Ninja Robot
The White Wizard leaveth?!?!?!?!Oh Jerome how I shall miss thee, who else is gunna rep Shelby Township with mad skillage? Honestly man, I'm super proud of you for deciding to quit the cigs.I just fixed the bench we talked about so if you ever wanna chill when you get that craving just call me up and you can lift till you puke. We can BOTH bring sexy back!Seriously though, hurry your ass up and quit or I will be super pissed that my smoking buddy can't geek out over hookah stuff with me. Then I'd have to move to fucking Indiana to smoke with those guys. And we wouldn't be able to smoke at Eric's new place in Detroit and be all super ghetto hookah supreme.Just think of how much shisha and supplies you can buy with all that ciggarette money, really do the math, post it somewhere and let that shit motivate you.Call me whenever! ColibriDon
Good luck, man! Trust me, it will get easier. Everyday it gets easier but just take it a day at a time and you'll be fine. I had to quit about 2 months ago and taking it one day at a time really helps. Good luck!
liquidglass
Well hey man I've never even taken a drag from a cig but I feel for you, so good luck. After the first week or two it gets much easier to stay away from them from what my friends have told me. Go cold turkey and chew gum. I know you love the website but you might want to stay away from HF for a week or so to help you not smoke anything at all.
