I broke my glass base!

I just broke my glass base. My question is, is there any way I can get one like this? I got it from Amman, Jordan. I think it is Syrian made. It screws in from the inside and the rubber stopper inside of the glass is not made to come out, it is built in. Here are some pictures. Thanks in advance, I appreciate your help.
If you know of any websites that sell the same kind that would be great.

I think there is two way.
 
First if you can try to get a same base where you have get the whole hookah and it will fit with the stem correctly.
If you cannot get the base from there you can buy a normal base enywhere and you go with you stem to a turner and make a opposit part.
