Social Smoke is also a really great vendor. When I bought a bag from them, it showed up on my door without a zipper. I sent them an email and within 24 hours they had a new one in the mail for me. Good customer service. I think your making a good decision.By the way everyone, I would like to introduce myself. I am atticus. Like finch not the clothing. I chose to upgrade to a Nammor, but the hose that came with it is decent, Social Smoke is a great vendor, and the things smokes beautifully.Get. It. Lol. I just recently purchased a Razan and a cheap chinese 24" hookah, and when I tried to use my Razan it keeps falling out. I talked to the vendor and they said the hose was too big for the hookah, and I would do better with a larger Egyptian hookah [there's the background reason for puchasing a new hookah].There's a good deal with adding the Nammor, so might as well, right? They also suggested I use two hose grommets and try that, but nope. Tried wetting the grommet to maybe create some section, and nope that didn't work either. So the 4 times I've smoked with it, I didn't get to sit back and relax because I was too busy holding it in because I didn't want to go back to the smaller diameter hose lol. Every time has been wonderful, when there is a problem they always fix it! Nammors can fall out. mushrat Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 nice selection. I have a predessesor of the MZ, called a Hookah Brothers, it's a sold pipe, better than your average Egyptian. I use a Razzan Hose in it all the time and have to problem with it falling out of the port. I never ordered online prior and did not know that it shouldn't have even come close to that price. They did address the issue to everyone... If the error comes up that you are going to be over charged, just call them and they will fix it to the proper price on the order. I wish I knew that...again, paid $38Great vendor, great hookahs, great prices, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.as for MZs. I got one and am not looking back. I just absolutely love my MZ.
