My waiting game got worse too. Turns out that HC was out of the base that I wanted. Had to exchange it for some other items (didn't really like any of the other vases) so in stead I'll get 2 KM ultimate hoses and another small tangiers funnel. But the order has yet to ship, probably will today (apparently they take care of international orders on Fridays) and now I have to order a vase from somewhere else, and I don't get my salary till the end of the month. The Hafa-stem is cold and lonely, and it'll be two more weeks until I get to smoke again :/

I guess HC is outta a bunch of stuff right now. I ordered a KM Pharonie last weekend. I called on tuesday because my order hadn't shipped and was told they were out of the bases that go with the stem and someone should have called me. They told me they would email me with options for a different base, but I have yet to hear back from them. They were real appologetic but it sounded like things were a little outta control there. I'm gonna give them a few more days before I call again, but I'm wondering if I'll get anything at all.

I would e-mail them again, usually makes hem respond faster. And yeah, sounds like things are a little out of control. They have always treated me good, and were apologetic when they told me that they were back ordered on the specific vase I had ordered, so I hope they work things out soon. Think I'll get one of the KM-vases from gothookahs as soon as I get this months salary. Edited September 19, 2008 by Balthazar
