noca$h
My Nammor has been holding strong about about a month and someodd days now. I just ordered a phunnel and KM Ultimate hose from HC and I'm quite eager to get both, as I also prefer the traditional look over the modern look (I still love my Nammor )
SixPackSunday
mattarios the reason your two ultimates dont match is because that ISNT two ultimates. its 1 ultimate and 1 limited edition. i have one just like it with a different tip. Dega
Dang I want to get a KM Ultimate hose, but from the sound of it they don't mix well with MYA's
SixPackSunday
the red one is a limited edition km hose from my understanding. the blue is the standard ultimate (best hose out there imo)

Giant Ninja Robot
i just recieved one and I couldn't agree more, excellent hose, just excellentsmooth pull, looks nice, the only thing I'm worried about is the seam along the hose itself, I might add a few stitches, it looks like it's just waiting to come undone. And why is that silly little hanging tag actually sewn in to base of the handle? I went to take it off and it wouldn't notn't come off...
GeorgieHC
The wooden end part of the KM hose is the narrowest point and the most common culprit of air flow robbery. We clean out any wood derby, with the poker on a pair of tongs, this may not be enough. When they make them they drill half way and then flip it to the other end to drill the rest of the way, you typically can see the meeting point as it is not flush. It would be recommenced to get a slightly larger drill bit and bore it out a touch. Just a thought
Bulldog_916
I hate bare wooden-ended hoses for this reason. I always seem to get saw dust in my mouth unless the wood surface has been sealed with a coat of lacquer. Most wooden ended hoses arent washable so I cant very well wash the saw dust out. I just toss the hoses. Sucks.
mattarios2
i ended up just replacing them with the tips on both ends of an old shitty razan hose I had laying around that was beat to death.
Sonthert
KM ultimate...not too good. I tested one several years ago and the chemical carpet flavor never subsided. Also, the metal headpiece shown is hollow (as opposed to have a central tube in the center). Which makes it hard to clean and those metal head pieces need frequent cleaning or you get the "bitter-numb" tobacco effect.
mattarios2
I get no chemical taste in mine, (what do you mean by that anyways?) and I don't use the metal tips anymore as stated above so ... ... problems solved :-)best hose out there in my opinion As long as you order it with the plastic tips.
