clickhea
just received my order from mn hookah today (thanks guys)anyway i had ordered the glass screen for the medium tangiers phunnel bowl.iam assuming the hole in the center of the glass should be pointing up.. as in it doesnt sit inside the bowls hole correct?also do you pack the shisha the same way as you would with the foil? or should the glass be resting on top of the shisha? SimplexCoda
yes the hole goes up and do not touch the tobacco to the screen unless its tangiers.

SixPackSunday
just depends... i ususall use 3/4 of an exotica stick.. put all three pieces on the screen for five minutes to let it heat up... thne take the smallest piece off... smoke like that for a while.. then when it starts to die i put that third piece back on

SimplexCoda
ya start with 2 1/4 pieces of exotica first cause that screen takes a while to get hot, but once it does it takes even more too cool down.
clickhea
well it worked out pretty well, def gonna take some getting use to tho.i pretty much used 3 exoticas the entire time, but your right it started getting pretty hot and took a while to cool down i had to remove all the coals for a few mins. abhagat
A question for you guys with the glass screen: Do you still rotate (move around) the coals as you would normally with foil? Or, since the whole screen gets heated, do you just leave the coals in place until they die out? Thanks.
clickhea
ive been moving the coals around cause iam assuming its still a bit hotter where the coals are.one problem iam having tho, is the coals always seem to slide to the center since the glass screen has a slight curve to it... is there any way around this?with the foil i usualy keep the coals towards the edges. SixPackSunday
the screen heats evenly enough you dont need to bother moving them, and you dont need the coals on the outside to heat properly, you just need the proper heat.
