Wow.. I would of laughed so hard in his face then walked out of the door. Sniffing a fucking coal?!?!LMAO! I was distracted when I was asking him another question as he sniffed the open roll of coals (he just opened the wrapper and sniffed)After I walked out I'm like "Whoa wtf? Did that dude just SNIFF a roll of coals?!!? wtf!" hahahaOh yeah and I saw a tin of SB for $20 when another shop a few streets down sells for $17.99 and I asked why it was more expensive that that shop. I could tell he got offended or surprised and said "Every store has different prices" *cough* rip off *cough*Damn I only go in there when I'm desperate of a flav my regular shop doesn't carry. I walked in there last week and now their carrying 100gram SB cans. Didn't check 4 the price though :\

erufiku
Blast you all!Only thing I can get locally (in Montreal) is Nakhla. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing baccy but a bloke can just have so much of it... The price, under the table of course, is $20/250g. And you should have seen this: I ask the guy for Mango, and there was another bloke in the store, so the storekeeper goes out the back, brings the package of baccy behind his back (I'm not kidding!) while staring at the other bloke all the time. He then puts it under the counter, gets a paper bag, puts the box of Nakhla in it, and finished off with wrapping the whole thing in a plastic bag. Id you'd seen it and didn't know what's happening, you might thing I'm buying some hardcore illegal stuff...Once in a blue moon it's possible to get AF - 35$/250gThe 'official' mo'assel you can get in Montreal is Nakhla: 50g/13$ or 250g/45-50 (+tax, so around 55-60). I've seen Sindbat somewhere at pretty much the same price... Pretty steep overhead for a bloody 'Canada Duty Paid' sticker :/So, yeah, none of you blokes in the US have a right to complain BTW: Soex sells for around $5/50g, and some off-brand herbal hookah is 15$/250g, never tried it but I'm guessing it's really vile! Additionally the shop owner comes across as a guy who knows his stuff and didn't even come close to coming off as condescending to me (a new guy) plus MYA and KM Hookahs at the same prices you'd see online. Plus he's mentioned that he's opening up an online store soon.I hear hookah paradise... and I hear nothing about Nakhla. Surely this must be an accident! Nice price on AF though.Nakhla isn't that great judging by what I've had. I stick to Al Fakher and Al Amir. I heard Starbuzz is really good too, but I don't have the kind of money to throw away on that stuff right now.BTW, Al Fakher for $10, Al Amir for $15. Both 250g. Al Fakher 50g for about $3. Three Kings box of 40mm coals for between $13-14. I got a decent little baby hookah for my birthday from a friend. I don't know many details about it except for the cases are a hell of a lot more expensive than the hookah, and I need one. The Harris Teeter in the shopping center I work in apparently sells hookahs, I think I'm going to have to check that out tomorrow when I can get there before they close.
