Whats With The News

I was bored this morning and was looking through the news section on here. Why are there so many articles on hookah lounges being shut down and all these laws being made against it. I mean if they are doing it because smoking is bad, then they should shut down all the bars because alcohol causes liver damage and actually causes people to die in car wrecks because people like to drive drunk.

I don't know, I'm just tired of all this hookah bashing by the media I suppose. Well I'm going to work now, I hope you all have a safe and wonderful day.

I agree, but its not going anywhere but in the same direction. Even if all of us were to mount opposition, they already have the goal in mind and little is going to stop them policy wise. I feel sorry for some of the lounge owners on here because before they know it, they could be in the same boat, Mushrat, Narghile Nights, etc. This country is becoming anti-smoker faster than the hookah craze could ever go. All we can do now is try to keep the ones that are open by the 80% tobacco-sales loophole from closing.
